How to wear the Western trend for Spring / Summer 2018

This summer it’s time to take a trip to the Wild Wild West! Now before you say ‘shut the hell up Sam I am not dressing like a bloody cowboy’ just humour me for a sec. I’m not suggesting you go full on Woody from Toy Story here! Instead use accessories like belts and boots, or details like tassels and embroidery to give a little nod to the trend.

If you start to keep an eye out for it you will see this trend is all over the shops and you may even already have something in your wardrobe! Do you still own a fitted checked or denim shirt? Tuck that in to a pair of (preferably flared or bootcut jeans) team it with a western style belt and you are done!

Cowboy boots are everywhere on the high street – they look good with a floaty dress or they are great with jeans or a denim skirt. Look out for tassels and floral embroidery on everything! Here is my round up below of my favourite items from the high street to rock the Western trend. Yeeeeeehaaaaaaa!
