Christmas is coming up super fast and i’m starting to panic a bit about doing my cards and finishing my Christmas shopping. One thing I am sorted for is my Christmas jumper, I picked up this cute reindeer one from H&M which fits my criteria of not being too thick – after a few glasses of red wine on Christmas Day I know I will be feeling rather flushed and I won’t want anything too hot.

The most stylish Christmas jumpers from the high street 2017

Christmas jumpers whether you love them or hate them you are going to be needing to wear one at some point this festive season. Christmas Jumper Day is on December the 15th and you can raise money for Save the Children by donating money and rocking your Christmas jumper either at work or at home with the kids.

There are also numerous other opportunities to get your Christmas jumper on – the work Xmas party, the kids nativity play, the Christmas fair and of course you HAVE to wear one on Christmas day (this is an actual rule in my house).

The best Christmas party dresses from the high street 2017

Christmas party season is upon us and it’s time to start thinking about your outfits! There seems to be an unspoken dress code for Christmas parties where you need to be wearing something a bit special, a bit sparkly, and a bit different to anything you would usually wear.

Look for jewel colours like royal blue, bottle green, purple and of course red. Metallics add sparkle and you can’t go wrong with some sequins or beading. Fabrics have a luxurious feel like velvet or satin. Continue reading
